Bright and beautiful beachfront apartment, in La Cala de Mijas
This lovely bright two bedroom apartment is situated in the ever popular village of La Cala in Mijas Costa, right by the sea between Fuengirola and Marbella (both about 15 minutes drive away).
The apartment is on the first floor and has superb views of the sea and coast line from its balcony, where you can sit and enjoy your relaxing meals whilst gazing out the the beautiful blue Mediterranean. It has a table with four chairs, and there is also a sunbed. It is the ideal spot in which to relax and watch the fishing boats bobbing on the ocean right in front of you.
In the comfortable living room there is a TV, radio, CD player and DVD player. Here is also a sofa and a coffee table. The dining area is also in this room, with seating for six persons.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with the colours of sunshine and the sea, yellows and blues and it has a really homely atmosphere. It is very well maintained by the owners who give it a personal touch.
It has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds and there is a second bathroom for the use of this bedroom
The kitchen has every appliance you would need such as a washing machine, dish washer, oven, fridge and freezer. From the kitchen and living room you can access the terrace.
The complex has nice gardens and its own paddle and tennis courts. There is a lovely communal swimming pool and a separate childrens' pool and as it is serviced by a lift is is suitable for both wheelchair users and parents with prams.
You can enjoy a meal at the various Spanish and International restaurants that are all within a short walking distance from this apartment in this lovely Spanish village. Supermarkets, shops and bakeries are also very close as well as a small park planted with roses and palms and a small childrens' playground.
This apartment is ideal for both summer and winter holidays and has always been a popular choice with our guests.
