If you are interested in buying one of the properties we currently have for sale, it would be possible to rent the property and “try before you buy”!
If you then choose to go ahead with the purchase of the property we would of course refund your rental fees (up to three weeks rental) and be glad to continue renting the property out for you once you became the proud new owner.
Alternatively, if you choose to sell your property with us, you may wish to consider letting it out as well and gaining an income while we actively market it.
We will be able to distribute your property’s details to selected clients who have expressed an interest in buying in the area and also directly to the guests renting your property as a holiday home, who may well fall in love with it and wish to make it their own!
