The prices below are based on 1 week. Prices include electricity, weekly cleaning and change of sheets and towels.

An extra charge of 50 € per person is applicable if you are staying more than 1 person per bedroom. For example, a 2 bedroom apartment with 4 people staying has an extra charge of 100 € per week.

Changeover days are flexible for all properties with the exception of the villas and fincas during High and Peak Seasons when the changeover day is only on Saturdays.

Low season:	1st November 2008 - 16th May 2009
Mid season:	6th September 2008 - 1st November 2008 16th May 2009 - 20th June 2009 Christmas 2008 and 2009: 22nd December until 1st January Easter 2009: 4th April - 14th April
High season:	20th June 2009 - 18th July 2009 15th August 2009 - 5th September 2009
Peak season :	18th July 2009 – 15th August 2009
